I have been drawing my entire life, but picked up digital art when I was 15. I have been drawing digitally for 9 years.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Must provide picture proof for claims of misprints/damaged/defective items to be considered eligible for a refund. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

No refunds will be issued for buyer’s remorse.

Shipping time is dependent on which carrier you choose. However, I typically ship out products within 1-2 business days.

Currently, I can only offer shipping through UPS, USPS, and DHL services, and their rates run a little higher. I am also located in the United States, so shipping internationally will always be pricier.

Some items take a while to manufacture. The reason I have it set to pre-order instead of sold out is so you can get an item immediately once it comes in.
