Replacements or refunds on lost orders cannot be issued (items that have been marked as ‘delivered’ or are unclaimed).
If your order was damaged, please contact me within 3 days of receiving the product with photos of the damage/defect.
If an incorrect address is provided in checkout, I will not be able to issue replacements or refunds, but the order can be reshipped at buyer’s cost.
I will only be able to replace lost packages that have tracking

No refunds will be issued for buyer’s remorse.
